The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has just ruled that mandating that people purchase health insurance from the government is constitutional using the Commerce Clause to interpret such.
This is a blasphemous interpretation – Congress should have absolutely no authority to create a law that forces a FREE citizen to purchase something – that includes health insurance. This broad and over-reaching interpretation is a sick threat to our liberty and the American people should be outraged.
This country needs new representatives at every level and in every branch of government. The election year of 2012 is our last stand against the atrocities happening to our Constitution – the labor and power necessary to fix our broken monetary and judicial system is immense – it is my generation that must fix this, and we need our country to wake up and help us.
